Repair or replace?
Get an inspection and a written scope based on the condition of your roof.
Two seasonal roof and exterior checkups, photo-documented findings, preferred scheduling, and 10% off approved repairs, capped at $250 per year. Larger, steep, complex, or specialty roofs require custom pricing.
Does the plan include repairs?
Repairs are quoted separately and require your approval. The annual plan includes a repair discount of 10%, up to $250 per year.
Do I need a plan to request an inspection?
No. You can request an inspection for a specific roof, storm, gutter, or exterior concern. We’ll confirm the scope and any applicable pricing with you.
Is this a roof warranty or insurance plan?
No. It is a roof care and documentation service. Manufacturer and project warranties have their own written terms, and insurance coverage decisions remain with your carrier.
What if my roof is leaking now?
Call 314-422-4704 and mention the active leak so the team understands the urgency. Emergency work is a separate service; availability and pricing are confirmed directly.
